Broadway Bound

This Fall, we are thrilled to offer our Broadway Bound program: a comprehensive experience in dance, music, and theatre meeting Friday nights 4:30pm-6:30pm for 29 Weeks!

We will embark on a journey of discovering the fundamentals of this Broadway trifecta and what it looks like to implement them.

During our time together, we will use different techniques to develop the students in the areas of dance, music and theatre, body movement, blocking, memorization, vocal projection, choreography, teamwork, emotional memory and the list goes on.

The finale of this class will be a spring show in the studio for family and friends on the weekend of March 12-14.

It will be an amazing time of learning how to operate in our God given creativity through multiple expressions.

We’re taking The Narrow Path to Broadway:

“Enter through the narrow gate because the wide gate and broad path is the way that leads to destruction—nearly everyone choose that crowded road! The narrow gate and the difficult way leads to eternal life—so few even find it!”

Auditions will be held during class on September 11th.

• Callbacks will be September 14-16th 

• Cast will be released by September 18th

Artists will need to have their song and monologue prepared. Part of the audition will include performing choreography in small groups.

The song can be sung accapella or to an instrumental. If instrumental is desired, MP3 link needs to be emailed to worshipmvt@gmail.com by September 9th.

The monologue should be 30-60secs long and preferably presented memorized. That way we can better connect with you!

Join us as class begins August 21st to learn audition tips, song and monologue examples, and learn the audition’s choreography.

No! Our program is a no pressure zone. If you have registered for Broadway Bound, you are in the show. 

Auditioning is only required if you desire to have a speaking role, a small role, or a main character role (like Wonka, Charlie, or others). You will need to audition with a prepared monologue, song, and perform the choreography in a small group.

Remember, auditioning allows the director to know which role best fits you! We can’t wait to work with you! 

Broadway Bound’s program is $100 a month. Our Family Plan option is $75/month for the second and more children.

Keep in mind that this program is separate from other dance classes at The Worship Movement.

This fee includes cost for vocal & theatre training, choreography, and scripts.

*Class will continue meeting for our “Mini-Mester” March 19th until our last day of the program, May 28th. These classes will prepare for our in studio Spring performance.

• Athletic wear with full coverage required.

• No jeans for easy movement.

Yes! Registration is open to artists ages 7-18 years old now until January 1st 2027. 

Registration will reopen for our short spring semester beginning March 5th, 2027
