Whether you’re brand new to dance, returning, or looking to keep growing, these classes give you a fun, judgment-free space to just move.
It’s all about joy, freedom, and building confidence while learning alongside others in community—always with Christ at the center, using movement as an expression of praise.

Not at all! MOVE! is for every adult at any stage.
Our instructors offer modifications so everyone feels comfortable and challenged at the same time.
Just come ready to move and have fun!

Ballet | Mondays at 6pm
Our adult ballet class covers basic ballet positions, proper alignment, and terminology, with a focus on both barre work and center floor exercises. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an experienced ballerina, join us for a fun class while focusing on developing strength, improving posture, and building confidence!
Encounter | Mondays at 8pm
In this class, dancers will worship, journal, discuss, pray, and use movement to encounter, embrace, and express. Dancers will have a safe space to explore and express God’s heart through worship.
Tap | Tuesdays at 6pm
Tap is a fun and high energy class that builds from simple beats and steps to quick percussive sounds. Dancers will learn to use their feet as instruments and improve their rhythmic technique while advancing their artistry.
Hip Hop | Wednesdays at 8pm
Get ready to groove! We’ll break down the elements of Hip Hop to create confidence, style, and community.
Cardio Fitness | Thursdays at 5:15pm
Think Zumba—but make it holy. Finally, fitness and faith collides! Let’s get toned, build stamina, and praise His name. Dance to some of your favourites (oldies and new). All levels on your fitness journey welcome! This is for you!

Wear what makes you feel comfortable and free to move! Each style has some recommendations if you’d like:
Ballet: Form-fitting clothing with socks or ballet slippers.
Encounter & Cardio Fit: Any comfy outfit that lets you move with ease.
Tap: Clean sneakers, converses, or tap shoes.
Hip Hop: Baggy tee + pants with clean, low-traction sneakers.
No matter what, MOVE! is all about enjoying yourself—not stressing over the outfit.
